December 20th Deer PicturesThis was an interesting set of pictures. We have caught our first bucks with shed antlers, or bucks in the process of shedding their antlers. It seems like the bucks are shedding their antlers a little earlier this year. Although we have seen bucks with shed antlers in late December in each of the last three years we have more bucks with shed antlers this year than in the past. After looking back over the past years I also confirmed that we have a better crop of bucks left this year than in years past. I look forward to seeing how much they grow next year. The nine point should be a real nice buck and the eight point bucks we are seeing should be promising as well. Hopefully they'll hit our food plots hard. Once again we didn't get any coyote or bobcat pictures but we'll keep watching. These pictures were taken with our StalkerCam, Trail Watcher 2060, Bigfoot, Camtrakker Digital Ranger and Woodland SpyCam. 
I have high hopes for this buck next year. He looks like he already has decent bases and good tine length. Woodland SpyCam

This is one of our younger eight point bucks. This may be the one that shed one antler by the end of the week, but I'm not sure since we have a couple of eight pointers that look a lot alike. Bigfoot SLE

This tall eight point buck showed up a lot in the early fall, but has been tough to get pictures of the past few weeks. For a while I thought that he had been shot elsewhere.
