July 31st Deer Photos

Now that we have hit the end of July we now have an idea what the bucks are going to look like. So far the big ten point has impressed us and we're sure glad we gave him another year. The second ten is also a nice looking buck, but we're not sure what buck it may have been last year. I saw at least three eight point bucks on the evening of the 30th but none of these bucks were much better than the eight point bucks we had around last year. I'm not sure what the eight point bucks we had last year have grown to this year. I would like to see the basket racked bucks from last year impove a little more from year to year.

We put out two more cameras this week so we hope to catch more bucks. We now have eleven cameras out.

We didn't hear the coyotes this week but we got several pictures of them. We moved a camera to the new clover in the hayfield and hit the jackpot. Make sure you take a look at the coyote pictures page.

This weeks pictures were taken with our StalkerCam, Woodland SpyCam, homemade WhitetailCam S40, EagleEye and Camtrakker Digital Ranger.

Ten Point Buck
This is the other ten point, he has real nice tine length but not a lot of width. Woodland SpyCam

Wide racked eight point buck
This wide eight point has a distinctive looking rack that is easier to pick out from among the rest. WhitetailCam S40

Sticker Point buck
This is our sticker point buck for this year. StalkerCam

Two velvet bucks
We got a lot of pictures of the big ten point, but none of them were great close-ups so we included two. StalkerCam
