November 17 Whitetail Pictures
Our cameras were out six days and it was still a tough set of pictures. This week we didn't see the big eight point or the nine point with a split brow tine. Hopefully they'll show up next week.We saw the rest of the bucks plus a ten point that has a broken tine. We also got pictures of an eight point with a broken brow tine that I'm not sure we've seen before. I think he may be a buck that was a regular last year. I didn't catch most of the bigger bucks at the feeders this week and they didn't show up anywhere else regularly either. They must still be on the move or just eating amongst the buffet that is in the woods. I noticed that the wild grapes are falling off now along with everything else that was already available. The cameras at the scrapes were moderately successful this week so I left most of them where they were but I did move one and stop monitoring another. When I arrived at our property the power was off so two cameras didn't get put back out because I couldn't charge the batteries. Hopefully I don't just have a lot of dead batteries when I make my next visit. We didn't get any bobcat or coyote pictures this week and the fox didn't show up this week so check back next week. This weeks pictures were taken with our Trail Watcher 2060, Treebark Cameras 4.1, Woodland SpyCam, EagleEye and StalkerCam.
I think this is the eight point we have been seeing, which I believe is different than the one with the broken brow tine. EagleEye
I had to add this picture of a beautiful sunrise over the back of a young four point. EagleEye
