November 19th Whitetail Deer Photos

This was the last week before rifle season here in West Virginia and likely the last look at some of these bucks. Last year some of the bucks that we had watched through he summer and early fall came up missing on this week, but this year they all seem accounted for except for the ten point that we haven't seen for a couple of weeks.

They were still visiting the scrape but this is the first time none of those pictures made the cut. I'm leaving the camera on the scrape through the season to see if they'll still visit it at night once shots start being fired.

The first day of the season is now over and I got the opportunity to see a couple of the bucks that we've had on this page including the close rack eight point buck and the tall seven point. The seven point came in right at dark and I probably wouldn't have known what he was if I hadn't looked at so many pictures over the last couple of months.

I'm keeping cameras out during the season to see what goes on when I'm not around and at night. It always nice to know where I should have been.

These pictures were taken with our Trail Watcher 2035, Camtrakker Digital Ranger, Trail Watcher 2060 and Woodland SpyCam.
