October 30 Whitetail Pictures
Our cameras were out a full week this time and once again we got some good pictures. It's also getting around that time when we see a couple bucks that we hadn't seen before, but we haven't seen any visitors yet.We did see our regulars and the ten point that we had seen earlier showed up again this week. On Saturday morning I got a look at the crab claw eight point and one of our larger nine point bucks. I heard a fight going on below me and the nine point came up after I grunted one time. Unfortunately I think he picked me out when I reached for my bow. Whether or not I would have taken a shot I don't know, but it's still frustrating to make a mistake like that. The camera at two scrapes got some great pictures while two others were disappointing. I've kept the two hot ones in place this week and moved the other two. We didn't get any bobcat or coyote pictures this week so check back next week. This weeks pictures were taken with our Trail Watcher 2040, Treebark Cameras 4.1, Woodland SpyCam, EagleEye and Trail Watcher 2060.
