September 10 Whitetail Photos
One week since our last set of pictures and the pictures show that most of the bucks have shed their velvet. The only buck that looked like he still had his velvet on the 10th was the eight point we call one eye.I expect that all of the bucks will have shed their velvet by the time we get our pictures so we've included velvet pictures this week. I've also put a couple of pictures in that show the shedding in progress. We've learned that it doesn't take long for them to shed their velvet. One camera that I had in the hayfield didn't work this week so I think we missed some good pictures from that location. I moved a camera to that location so hopefully we'll get some pictures there this week. We also got a picture of a nine point that I don't think we'd seen before this week. It's a pretty nice deer, hopefully he'll stick around and we can get more pictures of him. We didn't get any bobcat, black bear or coyote pictures this week so check back next week. This weeks pictures were taken with our StalkerCam, Treebark Cameras 4.1, Swamp Ghost SG-N60, Woodland SpyCam and Bigfoot SLE.
