September 30 Whitetail Photos
We got pictures of seven bucks this week that have seven points or more that have a little size to them. The nine point with the sticker point didn't show up for pictures this time, we're still trying to figure this buck out.I had concern earlier and read an article today that talked about bucks holding their antlers longer than normal and the effects on antler growth. The article stated that bucks that held their antlers longer did in fact limit their growth potential. I think we may see some evidence of this on our property this year. One of the biggest surprises this year is a nine point that I think was an eight point last year that we didn't give a lot of attention to. He looks better this year than the big nine point that made us put this buck on the cutting room floor last year. We'd like to get a look at this buck. Our cameras at scrapes didn't provide whole lot this week. One did get quite a few pictures, but they were just deer moving in the food plot. The other camera malfunctioned. It was raining when we set up our cameras this week so we didn't make any changes and we also didn't see any big scraping activity anyway. Maybe we'll see more scraping on our next visit. We didn't get any bobcats, black bear or coyotes pictures this time. The black bear did destroy some bee boxes that are on our property so it's still around. This weeks pictures were taken with our StalkerCam, Swamp Ghost SG-N60, Penns Woods, Camtrakker Digital Ranger and Bigfoot SLE.
This is either a small nine point or a small ten and we only got one picture of him. Camtrakker Digital Ranger

One eye has some thickness but he just didn't get much tine length. Penns Woods DS-07
Our biggest buck, or at least the buck with the biggest antlers. Swamp Ghost
It's funny calling this ten point small, but it is smaller than the other one. Swamp Ghost
This is our surprising nine point. Bigfoot SLE
Are his brow tines longer than his G-2's? StalkerCam
